The volunteer was a very nice person and she tried her best, but the patient was not interested.

This was not what I was expecting. I was asked what the patient liked and I told them gospel music and the Bible and also sewing. I was told I would get a Christian volunteer, someone who shared beliefs that they could talk about. It is not the volunteer’s fault, she was very nice.

I have just spoken to one staff member so far, as has my daughter and I was happy with the person on that occasion.

I feel so much better about universal credit. Reba was brilliant and went through things properly.
