The doctor I saw has always been great and five stars for him but unfortunately I had to cancel my private insurance because I could no longer afford it. I feel very ripped off by the billing process. AXA said the bill was £140 (which I have printed) and because I don't have medical insurance now, they want £175 because I no longer have it. So it seems they customarily charge clients without medical insurance more. Disgusting behaviour.
