The Hospital environment is very friendly and welcoming. I feel all the staff i.e. administrative and medical both carried out their duties sympathetically, diligently and professionally.

There are good things about spire London east, such as the cleanliness, kind staff and helpful staff. My only issue is when booking appointments. I was given an incorrect appointment date and time and I was left to wait hours while they checked if the doctor would still see me. I was about to leave and I was asked to wait so they could ask. I think admin has issues that needs to be resolved.

My first visit to the toilets in my private room the loo had urine (so had not been cleaned)

All staff were smiling and happy to help. Although they were always busy they were happy to stop and answer my concerns.

Dr Mohamed Elsayad was amazing. Very professional. He made me feel relaxed. He introduced the whole team to me. He also explained the procedure very well. Very efficient and really made me feel at ease.
