The team on the Tracheostomy ward were fantastic, very caring and with great bedside manners. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The nurses are outstanding. They are very proficient and many of them became friends. I have been back for more treatment since my original admission and was treated with the same high quality of care. I cannot recommend this team highly enough along with Jane Sallabanks from the Head and Neck Clinic, Jane really went beyond the extra mile in chasing/getting me appointments and just being her cheery self, lifting your spirits.
I have had two recent experiences at PCH and my mother was recently a patient there for 2 weeks. All of these experiences have been completely positive - information, care, treatments and feedback have been fantastic.
I received a great service and would like to thank Robin Haines and his colleague Lois who were both absolutely amazing.
Excellent service everyone always greets you with a smile
Great service
I visited the Ambulatory Care Centre for routine treatment. The two members of staff who administered my treatment, Wendy and Vicky, could not have been kinder. The unit was spotless, the equipment well cared for and infection control procedures followed. The process for my infusion was explained and I was given a welcome cup of tea. The facilities personnel were also very helpful when I had issues with the pay machine when paying for my parking. I visited the WC in the main building and it was clean and well appointed.
Car parking is a major problem. People that can hardly walk have to park almost at the exit to find a spot.
Otherwise all was ok
