Fantastic service provided in both out patience departments and on the ward when I was admitted for a pre planned operation.
The professionalism of the doctors, nurses and the associated staff was of a very high standard.
The facilities and staff were fantastic and the care and attention provided as a patient was faultless and I would not hesitate in recommending this hospital to anyone.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone at Nuffield hsp. Brentwood. For their exceptional care & kindness to me when l had a total hip replacement. I feel so privileged to have meet you all. My room was extremely clean ,& comfortable. The choice of food from the menu was great.for me personally it was perfect.

Friendly, professional staff. Very efficient and welcoming.
I went home unaware that I had been given some medication. I did receive a phone call to let me know, but fortunately I didn’t need it. This was a small blip in my excellent care.

Every appointment was on time the team took the time to explain the processes and reasons… clearly the result of customer service training as well as highly skilled medically…. Especially the admissions nurse Pauline who went the extra mile in ensuring the operation went ahead following a problem with my heart results.

I was an NHS patient given this private hospital within 15 minutes from my house to have keyhole surgery on a gallbladder removal .
The front of house staff were well mannered and polite and so were the nurses, down to the porters the kitchen staff, and the cleaners.
The consultant I was assigned had to be changed at short notice so I was very apprehensive but I had no need to be .
I was treated with respect and understanding and I would highly recommend the Spire Hartswood in Brentwood for their care and for the skilled work of Dr T Jeddy .
