I was waiting in the waiting area for a long time (after reception told me to wait there), only after I approached the nurse, was I called.

The time of the appointment was spot on. I didn't have to wait and there were no delays in being assessed. The nurse was very kind and always told me what was happening next. Also when she took the blood for testing, I barely felt anything during the process.
