I have just had my hearing re-assessed and new hearing aids issued/fitted. I am absolutely delighted with the diligence shown by the audiologist , (Rebecca). The professionalism shown by her was outstanding. My diminishing hearing over the last fifteen years or so has presented quite a challenge to professionals up and down the UK. Rebecca's ability to analyse in depth my present state of hearing, and adjust the aids for optimum performance was outstanding. Big thanks to Rebecca, I must also add that the efficiency of telephone support I have encountered from the staff at the East Riding Hospital has gone hand in hand with my latest experience to provide a first class service.
