It’s easy to get an appointment but it’s a long wait.

Ideally I’d prefer to see my GP with less of a wait.

A “ general” appointment is a long wait. Having said that if I need to speak to a Dr with some urgency I am most likely to get to speak to one or a nurse.

I made the appointment and came to the surgery within a matter of days of the original request. The computer check-in was simple and I was seen within 5 mins of my appointment time

I could have received the information about a follow-up appointment without coming to the surgery.
