Although the nursing staff and everyone I dealt with were so supportive and kind it would have been beneficial to have clearer communication in terms of waiting times (mainly regarding the pre op- I was at the clinic for almost 5 hours). I was waiting for over two hours between appointments as they waited for two doctors authorisation (something I wasn't made aware of that was required). Although this was completely out of the clinics control, an update on the situation would have really helped put me at ease.
