I have been to this hospital twice as a NHS patient, once last year for day surgery and this year for a knee replacement stay over. Especially on the last occasion, I had faultless care by every single member of staff without exception. Special thanks go to Mr Simon Ellis and his team for their kindness and high level of care and especially Dr K Stepian for his caring professionalism. But every single one of the staff, without fail, did an excellent job with kindness and to the highest professional standard. I can’t thank you all enough and recommend this hospital as the best I have experience of.
