The reason I crossed good is because my room is cleaned daily. The sheets are changed daily. My medication is monitored. Safety is taken seriously. Food is good. If you need assistance, staff are { }.

I noticed a inpatient, lazy member of staff are { } she tried convincing me that a stained sheet was ok. She asked if she could change it the following day. I do believe thats people like this need to be monitored. The majority of staff are good. But its the minority that could { }.
